Escape to the office… Distinctive offices for short or long term rental
From the outside, Holly Grange is a red brick Victorian country house surrounded by trees, an orchard, parkland and a car park with 50 spaces.
On the inside, we have a range of distinctive contemporary offices refurbished to a modern standard including LED lighting, high speed broadband and wifi throughout.
Companies based at Holly Grange enjoy fresh fruit from the orchard, lovely honey from our famous Holly Grange bees and access to various walks through the woodland, parkland and nature reserve. We also have rescue ponies, miniature donkeys and rare breed sheep in the parkland who we have found to be the world’s most effective stress-busters!
We currently have only two offices remaining on a short or long term lease basis with prices starting from £650 per month.
For those with visiting clients or suppliers, our range of stylish meeting rooms are bookable on line. Each room features a large screen monitor suitable for presentations, video conferencing etc. Meeting rooms hold from 6 – 24 people. Costs start at £50 for a morning or afternoon for companies based at Holly Grange.
In fine weather we also offer a range of unique outdoor meeting spaces. Why not hold your meeting in a woodland glade, under century old apple trees in the orchard or in our traditional marquee on the croquet lawn? Prices from £100
